You've purchased a new property in Maui, and that means that it probably comes furnished. But is it 5 star ready? This plan includes a 2 hour, on site assessment. We'll present a detailed list of tasks, suggested replacements and a listing of what just needs some love. From batteries & bulbs, decor and necessities, to furnishings and appliances, our goal is to quickly flip your investment fast, making it affordable & fabulous! We also coordinate vendors.
