• Suggested - Twice a year we revisit your property and shine it up VRT style!

• No binding contracts or obligations. You commit to one tune-up at a time. No fit, no force!

• A 50% deposit is required for all tune-ups and special purchases. Balance due upon project completion.

• Sourcing - Our goal is to take your condo next level, so there will be no outrageous markups on the incredible deals we find. We are guaranteed to save you up to 75% on retail pricing!

• Vendors - We gladly schedule all vendor appointments associated with the tune-up, but the client is responsible for direct payments to the vendors.​

• Not a fit? We mutually extend the right to cancel at any time. This should feel right for all concerned.
